Benjamin Rees is the Chief Marketing Officer at Redgate, a role that mixes marketing leadership, general management, extensive strategy work and product marketing. Benjamin is passionate about putting customers at the center of everything he does; scaling orgs, once product-market fit has been found; and working with inspirational people.
Benjamin’s main responsibility at the moment is to provide marketing leadership for Redgate, devising a strategy for company growth, identifying new markets, building and working with high performance teams, then leading those teams against aggressive growth targets. Additionally, managing change through organizations, and building strong capability for the future.
