Liz Capants

Liz Capants is Founder and CEO of EBC Associates, LLC, and Erudites Networking Group, a global networking and executive search business. Founded in 2006, EBC Associates is headquartered in New York City. Liz has grown the business from a start-up venture to a global consortium and referral partner network. Erudites Networking Group has developed as an extension of Liz’s search and consulting business, providing a platform to build out and grow key referral partners. Prior experience in business development, sales and recruitment, enabled Liz to spearhead the build out and management of EBC Associates, ensuring that clients are aligned internally to support effective hiring strategies, and candidates are equipped to understand and navigate the job search process.

In her work with EBC Associates and Erudites Networking, Liz has supported emerging growth, midsize enterprises, as well as Fortune 500 companies. EBC and Erudites work together as a catalyst to create strategic alliance partnerships, untap the hidden job market, and build an ecosystem of trusted partnerships – within a broad range of industries including fintech, pharmaceutical and biotech, renewable energy, manufacturing, financial services, advertising and marketing, luxury retail, and technology, to name a few.

Liz is actively involved with a number of associations. These include: certification as a women’s business enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third-party certifier of the businesses owned and operated by women in the US, Strategic Alliance Board Partner with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization New York, (EONY), Women Presidents Education Organization, WPEO, and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.

Liz earned a BA degree in Mass Communications and Media Studies from St. Bonaventure University, and a Business Management Certificate from New York University.
