Rebecca “Becca” Kinney is the owner of Cypress, Inc., a small business dedicated to creating LinkedIn strategy and content for medical professionals and consultants.

Becca has worked in the healthcare industry for over fifteen years and currently works as a surgical device representative for a multi-billion dollar organization while she grows her business.

Four years ago she saw a gap in the healthcare industry in terms of content on LinkedIn that truly had educational backing. Her goal in building Cypress is to help medical professionals and businesses share their knowledge, elevate their personal brand, and grow their business presence on LinkedIn. She believes “if you have expert knowledge people deserve to hear about it” and that “you don’t have to be an influencer to influence people.”

With an audience of nearly 30,000 followers on LinkedIn she has spent the past 4 years learning the ins and outs of the platform and now educates other professionals to do the same.

Becca has been published in Outpatient Surgery Magazine, PROCESS Magazine, and freelance writes for a healthcare blog called NewSplash. She is passionate about educating, and speaks to virtual audiences around the country to add knowledge that can help potentially save a patient’s life. She believes that media and an online presence have not only the power to connect individuals to people they otherwise never would have met before, but that the reach can influence others in a huge way. Her passion to helps others grow is contagious and her goal is to help medical professionals leave their mark on the industry in a positive way.
