Charles McLachlan is the Founder and CEO of FuturePerfect.
Charles McLachlan is an advisor to CEOs and senior leaders in the scale-up business community.
With experience in founding and developing technology start-ups, he joined Andersen Business Consulting becoming a partner in the Global Advanced Technology Advisory Team shaping new propositions for the world’s fastest growing consultancy.
In 2002, he founded the Transformation Development Partnership working portfolio:
Visiting Professor at UCL; Chairman at Academy for Chief Executives (sold to global market leader, Vistage); Board Director ella forums; In 2009 two of his clients were recognised by the Sunday Times Microsoft Tech FastTrack 100.
In December 2019, his work with a number of litigants wronged by the failures of the Post Office was vindicated by a settlement in excess of £100m.
More recently, Charles McLachlan has worked closely with the founder of entrepreneur network E2Exchange, established the CEO Growth Academy, founded FuturePerfect, created InspiredCEOs and developed the Portfolio Executive Growth Academy.
