F. Anthony Santiago, Is the Chief Operating Officer of New Empire Corp. & its related subsidiaries. He is responsible for the global operations & vertically integrated divisions of all its functional drivers. His Key role is to prepare for institutional capital & scalability. As an experienced Operational Executive, he’ll oversee the organizations procedures & be responsible for maximizing efficiencies to standardize, centralize, & optimize operations & workflow, to meet returns to our investors & capital partners.
As a Real Estate & Investment Executive in the Private, Public & Government sectors, and part of a third-generation private real estate equity family, he has over 25 years of experience, where he has raised $100M for his own private portfolio, and continues to assist in raising capital for our portfolio. His appointment by the NYC Housing Authority’s Chairman during the Giuliani & Bloomberg Administrations, were to assist & direct $600M of development operations.
Anthony participates in many speaking events within the Real Estate and Equity space.
