He has held senior leadership positions at Cisco Systems, one of the largest technology companies in the world, where he was responsible for creating and leading global innovation programs that helped the company identify and develop new business opportunities, including those related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
In addition to his leadership roles, Alex Goryachev has been a mentor and advisor to numerous startups and entrepreneurs, providing guidance and support on topics such as innovation, product development, and business strategy, including those that involve AI. He has also authored a book titled “Fearless Innovation: Going Beyond the Buzzword to Continuously Drive Growth, Improve the Bottom Line, and Enact Change”, which provides practical strategies and advice on how companies can create a culture of innovation and drive growth in today’s rapidly changing business environment, including those related to AI.
Today, Alex Goryachev is also the Innovator-in-Residence at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Tulane University, and an active US delegate and Technical Advisory Group member in the International Standards Association (ISO), defining global common standards for Innovation Management.
