Being a futurist, Naheed considers, future of work is based on unlocking the infinite potential of human intelligence. This reflects in her work stimulating youth empowerment and change management in many corporate companies.

In her career as a learning and development professional, she has led a plethora of successful projects holding base at change and growth strategies via people development. Treading the pathway of conscience, Naheed helps you ask the right questions at the right time, aiding you to explore the unknown, one step at a time.

She had been appointed by the Government of India as a Consultant in Capacity Building, responsible to implement change management initiatives as per the Government Process Re-engineering in Assam, India. Having worked with several other institutions, universities, and a spectrum of multinational companies, Naheed comes with many stories of change standing tall as testimonial to her radiating personality and work.

After an eventful 17 years in this field, Naheed knew that Futurwits was her calling. With the eye of an observer, she triggers transformations in thought patterns and behaviors under the umbrella of Futurwits as the CEO and Co-Founder.
