Jeff has more than thirty years of experience as a marketing, sales, operations, and client relationship leader. He has developed marketing and sales strategy for Fortune 500 corporations such as Bayer, Sprint, Capital One, and Boehringer Ingelheim as well as small to mid-size companies/agencies (Aratana, StrategicOne, Naviant/IntelliQuest).
Jeff is a results-oriented executive leader with a solid track record in a full range of marketing and business development experiences. His focus is on measurable results and continuous improvement. Jeff thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment (He loves “Start-ups” – companies, new divisions of companies, creating/implementing new strategies) while leading and developing high-performance teams. Jeff excels in understanding customer needs and using data/information to develop programs and processes to increase customer satisfaction/company revenue. He is a proven and creative problem-solver with the ability to analyze and interpret data for strategic-based decision making while staying focused on details.
A well-respected leader and mentor, Jeff excels at building and motivating teams to meet and exceed business goals. His current entrepreneurial project is developing his first live online course that will help recent college graduates land great jobs. It will launch in January 2021.
Outside of his professional life, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, working out, travel, personal development, and loves to eat delicious food cooked by his talented wife Robin or any one of the great restaurants in the Kansas City metro area as well as wherever his traveling takes him.
