Hellen Nitschke is the Online Marketing Consultant of Get Launched Agency.

Hellen Nitschke is a trailblazing entrepreneur hailing from Brazil. She came to this country with no English and after giving herself a year only to fluent she took her career with industry giants such as Adidas, Billabong, Nordstrom, and Target, she transitioned into her own venture a swimwear line only to be met with substantial marketing hurdles.

She’s been able to help 200 new coaches, speakers and corporate escapees per month, launch their own impactful/dream businesses successfully with a great offer, aligned message and stunning presentation (including speech and proper look to represent their brand).

In the face of these challenges, Hellen was confronted with a pricey $15,000 coaching program.

Seemingly out of reach, it stirred a moment of self-doubt until a divine message nudged her:

“It’s your time! Break the scarcity in your life.”

Having been raised in Brazil where securing jobs was prioritized over personal growth, this was a pivotal realization for Hellen. She understood that the power to qualify oneself lies within and she shouldn’t wait for external validation.

Now, Hellen Nitschke stands as an empowering coach, guiding women through their entrepreneurial dreams. She encourages others to assert their worth, readiness, and ability to conquer challenges. Her mantra: “Qualify yourself! Proclaim ‘I am ready! I am worthy!’ and make that leap!” With her guidance, over 1000 individuals have successfully launched and grown their businesses.

Hellen, can you start off by telling us about yourself and why you chose entrepreneurship?

My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of six when I started crafting scrunchies and selling them to my neighbors. The whole process, right from creating the product to packaging, was exhilarating. I sold out in just one day. Despite this early success, I constantly heard about entrepreneurial failures, with many suggesting that people should opt for ‘real jobs’ instead.

Taking this advice to heart, I entered the workforce at 14. While I enjoyed my jobs initially, the enthusiasm would wane once I mastered my role, leading to an itch to move on. My mother would often express her concern, noting my inability to settle and remarking that nothing ever seemed good enough for me. It took some time, but I eventually recognized that my restless spirit wasn’t a flaw—it was an entrepreneurial spark. While I could always excel as an employee, the conventional job framework never truly resonated with me. So, why did I choose to be an entrepreneur? Simply put, it’s because I’ve always felt the urge to create, innovate, and chart my own path.

Can you tell us what drives you to be successful as a leader and entrepreneur?

The journey to success is often paved with challenges; it’s a grind filled with moments of frustration and annoyance. Yet, every hurdle crossed leads to that exhilarating feeling of ‘I did it! I figured it out! I’ve achieved it!’ It feels like an intricate game, an ultimate competition against the loudest negative voices and my most formidable opponent: FEAR. The most rewarding aspect for me is not just overcoming my own obstacles, but also witnessing others conquer theirs, often inspired by my assistance or even my personal journey.

What’s the one or two accomplishments that you’re proud of?

We reached and helped more than 1,000 people last year.

What advice do you have for other up-and-coming entrepreneurs?

Focus intently on your goals and clearly write down what you aim to achieve. Consistently remind yourself that you are capable and deserving of reaching them. While the concept may seem straightforward, many of us get sidetracked. Often, this happens when we give more weight to our current circumstances than to our inherent potential.

Those who achieve remarkable success are typically those who can weather prolonged periods of frustration, embarrassment, and self-doubt. Understand that there’s no backup plan; your dedication is paramount. You’re always just one breakthrough away. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals and steer clear of any negative influences. This includes people who cast doubt on your ambitions, even if they are close family members. You’re in the process of building something significant, and you can’t afford even the slightest risk of having your foundation shaken.
