Divya Chhabra is the Co-Founder and COO of Dosis. Before starting Dosis, Divya was a Product Manager for B2B and B2C products at Athena Health. She’s passionate about building great products that create a positive change in people’s lives. She received her B.S. in Biological Engineering from MIT.
Our mission is to transform chronic disease management by personalizing chronic drug dosing to maximize outcomes and minimize cost of care. Dosis’ flagship product, Strategic Anemia Advisor, is a web-based reference tool that personalizes dosing of ESAs, a class of drugs used to treat chronic anemia. SAA is proven to reduce drug utilization while maintaining patient outcomes. We charge absolutely nothing upfront, and charge only a share of the savings.
Unlike conventional dosing approaches which assume each patient is an average drug responder, the Dosis platform leverages artificial intelligence and control algorithms to determine a patient’s unique response to a medication and deliver optimal dose recommendations.
Use less drug to achieve equivalent or improved patient outcomes. An increase in dose efficiency means lowered drug exposure for patients and lowered costs for clinics.
Decrease the likelihood of serious adverse events by decreasing patient exposure to drugs. Higher doses are associated with a higher likelihood of adverse events.
