Vivien Treacy is an Entrepreneur and Recruiter with over fifteen years of experience creating partnerships within the healthcare industry. Vivien began her career as a Travel Nurse Recruiter in San Diego, CA, and moved on to create a start-up division within a national, publicly held company before founding Career Sparks in 2014.

As the Founder of Career Sparks, Vivien set out to create a direct-hire Recruiting Firm that valued quality, efficiency, and ethics above all else. She is a firm believer in work/life balance and cultivated the Career Sparks company culture with these principles in mind. Happy employees are productive employees!

The Career Sparks Team enjoys a high level of flexibility in their work schedule, including designated work from home days and many team activities, including weekly in-house yoga, wellness outings such as salt float therapy, and travel opportunities. Since 2014, Career Sparks has created a national presence with successful annual revenues of $1m+.
