Sophie Ruddock states on her LinkedIn profile:

As a strategic, values driven leader with over a decade of experience in scaling organizations, I’m driven by the belief that businesses can and should be a force for good, combining ambitious growth with meaningful impact.

Over the last 7 years, I’ve played a key role in spearheading Multiverse’s growth from inception to an international business with $1.7bn valuation. As COO I was responsible for global operations, improving gross margin and productive capacity significantly. I also launched Multiverse in the US, driving it from zero to significant presence across the Fortune 500 with national distribution. The sweet spot of my experience lies in blending operational excellence with category creation evangelism, understanding that the most impact comes in a business’ scaling phase.

With a background in impact investing and consulting, I love building teams of A players, innovating processes, and leading companies through transformative growth phases. I get excited at the opportunity to leverage technology to solve complex and entrenched challenges, with a focus on AI’s role in creating scalable impact and dynamic, personalized and equitable experiences.

Looking forward, I’m excited to partner with visionary boards and exceptional teams to lead organizations that aim for ambitious growth, driven by a purposeful mission.
