Sachin Gupta is an accomplished enterprise technology leader, independent researcher, and digital transformation strategist with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise architecture, large-scale technology modernization, and business innovation across global organizations. He is committed to bridging the gap between technology innovation and real-world business outcomes.
As an IEEE member and an active contributor to professional and technology communities, Sachin is passionate about advancing responsible AI adoption, intelligent automation, and next-generation enterprise architecture. His research and thought leadership explore how agentic AI, intelligent decision-making systems, and evolving digital operating models can transform enterprise operations and improve global supply chain resilience.
Sachin recently presented his paper, “Criticality-Aware Edge-Cloud Orchestration for Multimodal Disaster Triage Under Degraded Connectivity,” at IEEE IEMCON 2026. He serves as a paper reviewer and judge for the International Conference on AI Engineering and Innovation (AIEI 2027), and has been featured in CXM World discussing AI vendor lock-in and the shift toward composable customer experience technology stacks.
A selected speaker at AAPSCM conferences and the ASCM Central Jersey Forum, he regularly shares insights on the convergence of AI, enterprise IT, and supply chain. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Arrow Electronics, Sachin specializes in aligning emerging technologies with enterprise business strategy, enabling intelligent, resilient, and scalable digital ecosystems. His expertise spans artificial intelligence (AI), enterprise architecture, ERP modernization, intelligent supply chain systems, cloud technologies, and enterprise-wide digital operating models.
Throughout his career, Sachin has contributed to complex global transformation initiatives, helping organizations navigate technology transitions, modernize legacy platforms, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen business continuity. His approach emphasizes balancing innovation with governance, architectural discipline, cybersecurity considerations, and measurable business value. Before Arrow Electronics, Sachin was a Principal Architect at Mahindra Bristlecone and a Technical Member of Staff at Oracle India.
He holds an MBA in Information Technology and is Executive Leadership Certified. He gives back to the technical community by volunteering with IEEE Boulder Section activities at the University of Colorado Boulder. Sachin believes the next era of digital transformation will be defined not simply by adopting AI, but by creating trustworthy, adaptive, and human-centered enterprise systems that enable sustainable innovation and long-term business resilience. Sachin is passionate about advancing enterprise IT ecosystems to drive sustainable future growth.
