Mohan Gulati is the CEO and Co-Founder of Thinkrr.ai, a voice AI platform transforming how businesses handle high-volume, high-stakes conversations. Headquartered in White Rock, BC, Thinkrr operates across three product layers (inbound, web widget, outbound) and serves two primary markets: marketing agencies scaling client operations, and independent pharmacies modernizing patient engagement.
Since launch, Thinkrr has processed more than 3.2 million conversations across 800+ active businesses. The company is bootstrapped, cash-flow positive, and part of the NEXT AI / Next Canada 2026 accelerator cohort. Its flagship reference account, USave Pharmacy in North Platte, Nebraska, handles between 400 and 600 patient calls per day on Thinkrr’s Pharmacy Concierge product, with PMS integrations for PioneerRx and Liberty.
Mohan’s operating thesis is direct: independent pharmacies and mid-market service businesses need enterprise-grade voice AI without enterprise-grade complexity or cost. He co-founded Thinkrr with Reza Tayefi (CTO), Rahul Alim (CRO), and Cody Getchell (CMO), combining deep engineering with go-to-market and creative firepower.
