Bradley Taylor serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Clarecast, a predictive workforce intelligence platform.
He has spent 25 years at the intersection of employee benefits, insurance technology, and revenue operations — and he’s built his career around one recurring challenge: helping organizations make better decisions with better data.
In 2004, he founded Next Generation Enrollment, a benefits technology company that grew under his leadership to serve more than 900 clients nationwide.
In 2017, Next Generation Enrollment was acquired by PlanSource, which was subsequently acquired by Vista Private Equity Partners in 2019. Bradley stayed through both transitions, serving first as EVP of Strategic Partnerships and then as Chief Strategy Officer — giving him a rare front-row seat to what investors demand from high-growth companies, and what most companies still can’t deliver: predictability.
That experience — navigating board rooms with incomplete data, managing revenue tied directly to customer headcount, and forecasting without the right tools — is what eventually led Bradley to co-found Clarecast. He didn’t come to the problem theoretically. He lived it at scale, across multiple organizations, for over two decades. Clarecast is the tool he wished he’d had.
Bradley is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and is a 10-time Ironman triathlete.
