Saurabh Chauhan is the Co-founder and CEO of Peakflo (YC W22), a fast-scaling AI startup that automates complex back-office financial operations for enterprises across APAC and the United States. Under his leadership, Peakflo has secured over 100 enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies such as Hitachi Construction Machinery, and recently launched Voice AI agents that quickly rose to the top 3 products of the day on Product Hunt.
Before founding Peakflo, Saurabh served as Managing Director at two Rocket Internet portfolio companies. As Country Manager for Daraz.lk (2015–2017), he built and led a 60-person team, driving 3x year-on-year growth in GMV and NMV, and successfully scaled operations leading up to the company’s $200 million acquisition by Alibaba Group. He later led a business turnaround for Vaniday across Southeast Asia.
Saurabh began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on strategy and operations. He is a recognized thought leader in AI-driven transformation, regularly sharing insights on the practical challenges enterprises face when moving from pilot projects to real-world AI deployment at scale. With deep experience in high-growth operations across frontier markets and consulting, Saurabh brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to building AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI in complex financial workflows.
