William Godwin

William Godwin has over 20 years of high-performing experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry. His focus has been on global internal and field operations, sales, and business transformation. He has successfully led a field service and installation team of 12K serving over 40K locations. To enable his field operations teams to perform at the highest level, he developed top-notch teams in communication, training, logistics, order writing, and mobile technology.

William rose to senior leadership ranks because of his passion for developing and implementing strategic, tactical, and best practice execution plans that enable large scale business transformation initiatives to come to life. The consistent end result are organizations that are much better equipped with the infrastructure and business processes to create efficiencies, scale the business, and provide the customer with an unforgettable experience.

William has a unique skill set for leading people and teams through massive changes by leveraging an open communication style that informs, builds trust, and creates collaborative environments that produce next-generation ideas and solutions.

William and his family recently spent three years in Canada.  He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, fishing, and reading about health / nutrition.  He resides in the greater Kansas City Missouri area with his wife and two children.
