Dr. Terri Christensen is the President of H&H Associates, a talent management firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. She has provided executive coaching and consulting services in the healthcare, higher education, and professional services sectors.
Dr. Christensen launched her healthcare career at the Cleveland Clinic as the Executive Director of Physician Experience and Support. As part of that role, she oversaw physician vitality, physician onboarding, leadership development, physician career development, physician succession planning, and the Cleveland Clinic Academy.
Since her time at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Christensen has served as the Vice President for Learning Innovation at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA. She focused on creating a network-wide educational strategy by developing a Physician Leadership Institute and Health Sciences Center.
Most recently, Dr. Christensen served as the Senior Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Health Affairs at Northeast Ohio Medical University. As part of that role, she oversaw the long-term and annual strategic planning process for the College of Medicine as well as serve as an internal consultant for college leaders in vetting strategic ideas, identifying growth opportunities, developing plans for key initiatives, and measuring existing initiatives.
Dr. Christensen graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She received a Master of Arts in college student personnel from Bowling Green State University and a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction from Kent State University.
