He is the CEO and Co-Founder of 8allocate, a custom software development and outsourcing consultancy with two R&D centers based in Ukraine. Under his leadership, 8allocate has positioned itself as a key player in the global tech outsourcing market, offering tailored software solutions to clients worldwide.
Before co-founding 8allocate, Potapenko built a robust foundation in sales and business development, which helped shape his future entrepreneurial ventures. His career trajectory includes significant roles in the education industry, where he gained valuable insights into technology and innovation.
