Vladimir Potapenko is a seasoned entrepreneur, inventor, and social investor with extensive experience across various industries. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of 8allocate, a custom software development and outsourcing consultancy with two R&D centers based in Ukraine. Under his leadership, 8allocate has positioned itself as a key player in the global tech outsourcing market, offering tailored software solutions to clients worldwide.
Before co-founding 8allocate, Potapenko built a robust foundation in sales and business development, which helped shape his future entrepreneurial ventures. His career trajectory includes significant roles in the education industry, where he gained valuable insights into technology and innovation.
In addition to his current work at 8allocate, Potapenko founded two successful startups: ZBS.technology and EngineeRiot, both of which are now part of the 8allocate group of companies. These ventures underscore his passion for building innovative, technology-driven businesses.
Potapenko holds an MSc in Telecom and has furthered his education by earning an MBA, which has bolstered his strategic and operational capabilities. His educational background complements his entrepreneurial drive, allowing him to navigate the complex challenges of running a global consultancy.
