Vladimir Potapenko is an entrepreneur, inventor, social investor, CEO and Co-Founder of 8allocate, a custom software development, and outsourcing consultancy with 2 R&D Centers in Ukraine.
Before 8allocate, Vladimir gained firsthand experience in sales and business development, worked in the education industry, founded two startups, ZBS.technology and EngineeRiot, and both are now successfully integrated with the 8allocate group of companies.
Vladimir received his MSc in Telecom, and his MBA as well. Vladimir is also an avid marathon runner.
