Florian Mesny

Florian Mesny is the head of North America for Emeraude Escape, where he leads a team of game designers as they build tailor-made corporate gamification solutions for global corporations. Before joining the corporate game industry, Florian worked for top players including Groupon, Booking.com, Voyageprive, Disneyland, Accor and FIFA. He co-founded a non-profit in the US called Travelscrum.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in Travel, Hospitality, and Experiences, I now bring my expertise to two dynamic ventures: Moonrakers, where I offer fractional CRO and CSO services, and my Thai culinary business, where I host immersive cooking classes and supper clubs in Montreal.

At Moonrakers, I help pre-seed and seed-stage startups in Travel, Hospitality, and related sectors scale efficiently. I provide strategic growth leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire, enabling businesses to sharpen their strategy, build partnerships, and unlock new revenue streams. Additionally, I assist companies outside these industries in creating strategic partnerships with travel-related ventures to diversify and thrive.
