Aggie Tuxhorn is the SVP Chief Growth Officer for Citizens Bank of Edmond.

Aggie Tuxhorn is a driven marketing professional based in Wichita, KS with over 11 years of dedicated experience in the banking industry. As the current SVP Chief Growth Officer for Citizens Bank of Edmond, she has honed her expertise in strategic marketing, customer relations, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Citizens, Aggie led the strategic marketing initiatives for Emprise Bank for almost five years and her notable accomplishments include a brand refresh, execution of a new website, market expansion, implementation of marketing automation, and campaigns to profitably grow the business.

Before being recruited to join Emprise, Aggie Tuxhorn spent over six years at Meritrust Credit Union leading marketing and communication efforts, implementing a Voice of the Customer program and becoming Net Promoter Score (NPS) certified. Additionally, she oversaw employee engagement and acted as a change agent within the organization.

Aggie holds a bachelor’s in marketing from Wichita State University, is a graduate of Advance Kansas’s diversity program for leaders and attended the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Aggie Tuxhorn is an avid volunteer, dedicating her time to various community initiatives. Through her volunteer efforts with organizations such as United Way, Junior Achievement and Open Door, she has made a significant impact on the lives of many individuals in need. She previously served on the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Kansas board and was the Chair of the Marketing and Fundraising Committee. She was also a former board secretary for the Foundation for Andover Schools.

Aggie’s passion for service and excellence has earned her several prestigious awards, highlighting her dedicated and exceptional contributions to both her professional and philanthropic endeavors including: Junior Achievement of Wichita Volunteer of the Year, DeVaughn James Pay it Forward Honoree, Pat Ayars Mentoring Award, 40 Under 40 Award, Wichita Business Journal’s Women Who Lead in Marketing & Communications Award, American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Teams, American Bankers Association’s Brand Slam Award, and Wichita Business Journal’s Marketing Award. She is married to Jeremy Tuxhorn, a firefighter at Andover Fire Rescue, and they have three daughters ages 19, 17, and 10.
