Jana Radojcic Feature Interview

Jana Radojcic is a recognized leader in organic marketing for Fintech and SaaS brands. specifically in authority building and SEO. As Director of Organic Growth at Alpha Market Flow and Co-Founder of GetStuffDigital, she helps companies grow through PR intelligence, strategic link building, digital PR, and full-stack SEO.

Her expertise sits at the intersection of off-page SEO, on-page strategy, reputation management, and brand authority. Jana specializes in helping competitive brands build stronger backlink profiles, improve search visibility, and turn organic traffic into a reliable growth channel. Known for her practical approach to modern SEO, she focuses on sustainable authority building for trust-sensitive brands that supports both traditional search rankings and visibility in evolving AI search.

While link building as an industry has a bad rep, she hopes to change that by showcasing how necessary it is in authority and reputation building, as well as effective full-stack SEO.

Jana hopes more brands realize trust is a driving force for fintech companies and not something they should tackle only when they start receiving bad reviews. She believes that the PR intelligence framework helps solve one major issue in fintech – that “Trust is invisible until it’s missing.”

[Q U I C K   N O T E S]

Jana, can you start off by telling us about yourself and why you chose entrepreneurship and marketing as a career path?

I enrolled to study economics and quickly realized that just wasn’t for me. What started off as my second option, marketing, soon became my first. At the time, having Covid lockdowns and all, my studies were completely done online, apart from the live exams. I’ve been working online since I was a high school student, so studying online wasn’t strange, and pursuing a digital marketing career online was even less strange.

Once I started actually doing digital marketing, I realized my choice of major wasn’t so off from what I wanted to pursue as a long-term career. Now, why I chose entrepreneurship after working for others is simple – more autonomy, direct client relationships, and most importantly, more control of who I surround myself with.

I didn’t necessarily want to escape the 9-5; everyone who’s an entrepreneur knows entrepreneurship is 24/7. I just set a goal and realized there was no room there to devote all my time to working for others.

Can you tell us what drives you to be successful as an entrepreneur and founder?

I never wanted to be mediocre in my life. No matter what I did, I always strived for even more than I believed I could do at the time, and always more than other people believed I could achieve. In Serbia, we use the word “Inat” to describe this stance – “persist, resist, or succeed precisely because someone doubts you.” Might sound vain but for me it’s more than enough.

Tell us about your vision of your business in the next 2-3 years.

I like to believe that my business will revolutionize how fintechs approach trust and reputation management. I think that reputation is in fact pre-sales enablement and should be an integral part of businesses in a trust-sensitive industry from the early stages, even in the planning phase.

With the PR intelligence framework that we designed at Alpha Market Flow, we measure public trust signals and offer a quantitative evaluation of that perceived reputation. Not to say I’d like to revolutionize the industry, but I see many fintech firms turning to reputation building, as a system, first, then other forms of digital marketing.

For me, that reputation building stems from authority building – backlinks and domain authority, digital PR, and omni-channel presence.

What’s the one or two accomplishments that you’re proud of?

If I could choose one it  would be doing everything that I’m doing right now despite having an autoimmune condition – Hashimoto’s – which affects a lot of women, often debilitating them in their everyday lives. My message is that if I can do amazing things often reserved only for healthy people, the average woman with Hashimoto’s can at least live a normal and happy life.

What advice do you have for other up-and-coming entrepreneurs or leaders?

If you think you’re two steps ahead, plan five steps ahead. Nothing can derail you more than an unplanned third-party delay, even if it just derails your confidence. When you’re working in an environment with a lot of moving parts and depend on external support to meet deadlines, always have a backup plan. No, better make it two.

Are you active on social media professionally?  If so, what platforms work best for engaging your followers?

I’d say I’m most active on LinkedIn. I find it most convenient to showcase expertise and connect with people as someone offering B2B services. While I do find value in X and other social media, LinkedIn suits my personality and professional life the best.

Who was your biggest influence?

My biggest influence has nothing to do with the work I do but how I do things. Call it cliche, but Anthony Bourdain, specifically his quote “Skills can be taught. Character you either have or you don’t have.”

This is my starting point when I work with people, when I start new projects, or in those moments when I doubt myself. You can learn and do anything you set your mind to but you must first be at peace with what your mind is, and success rarely comes from having poor character.

What is the most challenging part of your work as a tech executive?

The most challenging part is proving ROI in the early phases within an area of marketing that’s supposed to be long-term. SEO as a whole can offer immediate results – even as fast as 1 month. Link building alone can as well, especially when ranking low-competition keywords. Digital PR, when executed well, can yield results immediately.

However, the actual magic happens when those effects compound over time. On top of that, you need to always stay ahead of Google’s updates and any changes that might affect positioning. Your job is never just SEO.

What do you have your sights set on next?

I’ve always wanted to become an entrepreneur. I have my sights definitely set on expanding Alpha Market Flow and Get Stuff Digital while working on my personal brand. Having finished a marketing degree, this is definitely a career I chose and am going to continue to pursue.

What is a day in your life like?

I have nothing exciting to say about my day – wake up, take supplements, treadmill, 5 boiled eggs, coffee – black, no sugar, work, lunch, work, second lunch, work, gym, dinner, supplements, work, second dinner, sleep. Repat. In the meantime, either chores, music, or Chinese. I journal, write down my goals, accomplishments. I guess any moment I have I try to be productive one way or the other.

Do you have any hobbies?

Bodybuilding, traveling, Chinese.

What makes you smile?

My two nieces and, as of recently, plants.

What are you never without?

I am never without my journal, my Moldavite ring and a good gourmand scent.

What scares you?

Wasted potential and letting myself down when I have set a goal that’s so easily achievable with a bit of effort it hurts. Also, spiders.

What is your favorite vacation spot?

Why is this the most difficult question? I’ll say Prague. I’d say the Maldives but I didn’t get to see a Whale Shark or a Manta Ray so I have unfinished business there.
