Nikki Pett is the Founder of Sigma Promotions, Inc.
Nikki Pett is an entrepreneur, Certified High-Performance Coach and author of Relationship ROI and Leadership ROI.
Nikki started her career in the ad specialty industry and worked for another company for two years before embarking on her own journey. She founded Sigma Promotions Inc. in Canada where she brought a unique spin to the promotional marketing space by adding strategy to product use. Recognized by her national association with six Image Awards for creative marketing concepts, Nikki and her team bring exceptional ROI to their clients.
Nikki Pett leads a team of ten incredible women who she has been fortunate enough to mentor and help them achieve life-changing results at work and in their personal lives through providing personal development opportunities. This love of personal development drew Nikki to study under Brendon Burchard and was trained in 2021 as a Certified High-Performance Coach™. Nikki now has the pleasure of doing both private coaching and group coaching, sharing the habits and strategies that literally changed her life and those she has served.
