Lauren Hasson is the Founder of DevelopHer, an international, award-winning technology platform that inspires women to enter careers in tech, get ahead, stand out, and earn more. Lauren launched DevelopHer in late 2017 and created the platform from the ground up with no outside investments all the while working full time and in her own successful career as a Principal Software Engineer.

Among many achievements, Lauren has worked alongside the U.S. to collaborate on the global EQUALS initiative to bridge the global gender divide in technology. Her work has been featured by industry-leading publications like IEEE Women in Engineering Magazine and Thrive Global as well as business publications like Business Insider. Her ground-breaking platform has been recognized with fifteen prestigious awards for entrepreneurship, product innovation, diversity, and leadership including the Women in IT Awards Silicon Valley Diversity Initiative of the Year Award, three Female Executive of the Year Awards, and two recognitions as a Finalist for the United Nations WSIS Stakeholder Prize.
