Before joining Indeed Flex in 2020, James Terry spent more than a decade at ADP, where he served as Vice President of Sales, leading high-performing teams and implementing solutions that helped organizations optimize workforce management. He also held early career roles in development and strategy, gaining exposure to international markets and complex organizational environments. James holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, where he refined his expertise in leadership, strategy, and organizational growth.
