Frank J. Russo is a Florida-born businessman, entrepreneur, insurance executive, real estate developer and humanitarian with more than 40 years of business leadership experience, including more than three decades in the insurance industry. Throughout his career, he has built and led successful organizations, managed teams of more than 500 people, and worked across insurance, real estate, housing, development, payroll and business operations.
One of eleven children, Frank grew up in a hardworking Florida family where responsibility, faith, perseverance and looking out for others were central values. Those experiences helped shape a leadership philosophy grounded in the belief that profitability and principle can coexist when leaders remain accountable to the people they serve.
Frank has spent decades navigating the challenges that affect businesses, employees and families, giving him a practical perspective on affordability, housing, insurance, economic opportunity and organizational leadership. He believes strong leadership begins with listening, understanding problems firsthand and bringing people together around practical solutions.
A father and grandfather, Frank approaches public service with a straightforward standard: strengthen families, protect children and help build a secure future for the next generation. He is currently an independent candidate for Governor of Florida.
