Forrest Smith is the CEO of Kineon Labs and has a 20-year history of building successful startups in tech hardware.
He is an entrepreneurial optimist and passionate about health, wellness, and advancing technology to help others. Forrest speaks, reads, and writes fluent Chinese and has spent his adult life building amazing products around innovative supply chain. He’s an all-around Entrepreneur, business operator, strategic planner, leader.
He grew up playing competitive sports in Atlanta and regularly participates in rugby matches and trains CrossFit, which ultimately led him to develop Kineon Lab’s Move+: a modular, targeted laser therapy device for neuromuscular pain and inflammation.
From startup COO to Director of Strategic Sourcing for Fortune 500, 14 years of supply chain management in China operations is a cornerstone of Forrest’s professional experience.
Entrepreneurship
Forrest has founded and successfully built 3 start-ups from conception to exit. In roles ranging from COO to President to he’s accumulated a closet full of different hats worn in the common goal of building healthy organizations that achieve uncommon results.
Leadership
Finding, engaging, and training key talent into tight-knit teams is a key focus of Forrest’s management methodology. Forrest has hired and managed successful teams in marketing, sourcing, and product development.
