Elizabeth Irizarry is the COO at The Local Leaders Collective.

Elizabeth Irizarry is a dynamic and experienced professional with a background in design, project management, sales, and strategic partnerships. She has a passion for community building and has successfully launched educational programs and community platforms through her role as the CXO of Mission Impact, a company focused on supporting women in leadership and education in emerging technologies. Elizabeth is also the founder and co-host of the Infinite Attraction Podcast, where she discusses the intersection of culture and community with innovators and creators in the Miami area.

In her current role as COO at the Local Leaders Collective, Elizabeth is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s strategic vision and operational objectives. Additionally, she serves as Executive Producer and Publishing Partner for Women of the Future, a project aimed at promoting and elevating the voices of women leaders across diverse industries.

Elizabeth Irizarry has 10+ years of experience as a Designer in Commercial/Workplace Design, Project Management, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships. She is the Founder and Co-Host of the Infinite Attraction Podcast, a Miami-based podcast empowering the local builder community. As the CXO (Chief Experience Officer) at Mission Impact she oversees the development and launch of educational programs, community platforms and drives the customer experience strategy.

Elizabeth strongly believes there are significant opportunities in emerging tech and is motivated to raise awareness of the positive impacts NFTs, Blockchain, and the Metaverse can have on our society. She is determined to broaden the participation of women and underrepresented minorities in the Tech and Web3 community.
