Cynthia Jenkins is the CMO and Co-founder of Skillionaire Games by skillsgapp, mobile career games that connect our most needed jobs to those who need them most in Advanced Manufacturing, Cyber/IT, Life Sciences and Healthcare. Unique to the market, players are fed customized career content and pathways based on their location, preferences and in-game proficiencies.

Headquartered in Greenville, SC, with a west coast office in Orange County, California, skillsgapp’s mission is to cultivate as many ‘Skillionaire’s as possible by connecting youth, specifically the underserved, to life-changing careers through game-changing play.

Prior to skillsgapp, Cynthia Jenkins forged a decades-long, award-winning career in marketing and creative development for several global brands, including as celebrity writer for Jenny Craig’s Valerie Bertinelli, Queen Latifah and Jason Alexander; Subway’s global franchise development; Carl’s JR/Hardees new menu and celebrity broadcast campaigns; and Beltone Hearing’s charge to reach younger markets through proprietary technology innovation. Along the way, Cynthia gained in-depth experience within a range of industries, including workforce, manufacturing, talent recruitment, colleges/universities, student and senior housing, apps/services, and economic development agencies. No matter the sector or industry, all have sought to grow their businesses, reach emerging markets, and launch innovative projects and initiatives.

Today, Cynthia puts to work some of the unexpected experiences, insight, and interest gained through her career for reversing stigmas within Gen Z and Baby Boomer markets and industries, as well as a spirit for education, particularly in helping everybody from kids to their parents find their vocational path, or even second path.
