Connor O’Shea is the CEO of Bril Finance, which provides a UX for seamless access to professional-grade portfolio management algorithms, enabling users to earn like experts.

At Binance and BnB Chain, Connor O’Shea directed corporate development efforts and forged strategic Web3 and Web2 partnerships. Prior to Binance, he supported corporate strategy and deal-making with JPMorgan Chase & Co. out of New York. At WPP Kantar, he developed advertising and marketing strategies for fintech, luxury goods, and CPG clients. Before joining WPP, he was a corporate strategy associate with Strategy& in their Tokyo and London offices, specializing in Financial Services growth and M&A. Connor dropped out of high school in his freshman year and founded a San Francisco-based payments startup, CCKV.

Within both the Central Corporate Development and the BnB Business Development teams at Binance, Connor O’Shea drove deals and partnerships across prominent Web2 and Web3 platforms. Examples include the Binance / BnB / BMW joint marketing campaign and the BnB / Radiant Capital buildout and Token Listing. Connor contributed to numerous other initiatives and played an instrumental role in driving growth and innovation within the organization.

JP Morgan Chase & Co.:

Prior to joining Binance, Connor O’Shea held various in-house strategy roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He directly supported divisional MDs / CTOs, CFOs, CEOs across Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Payments, Card, and the Firmwide CFO. Projects included firm-wide ESG strategy, Card Growth strategy, IB Sales and Trading AI Optimization, Product Operating Model transformation, and Tech Support people optimization. Annual expense bases ranged from $1 billion to $9 billion USD.

Kantar Consulting (WPP):

As a Brand Strategy Consultant at Kantar Consulting (WPP), Connor’s primary client coverage included Tiffany, PepsiCo, and AB InBev, spanning luxury goods and food and beverage sectors. He developed tailored strategies to help clients optimize their market positions and drive growth.

PWC / Strategy&:

As a Senior Associate at PWC / Strategy&, Connor provided advisory services to clients globally from the firm’s Tokyo, New York, and Boston offices. His primary industry vertical was FIG, with additional exposure to the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Projects spanned various functional areas, including corporate finance, marketing, M&A, market entry, organizational design, and technology. In each of these roles, he demonstrated a strong track record of delivering results, driving growth, and collaborating closely with key decision-makers. Connor is passionate about leveraging his expertise to navigate the evolving landscape of FIG, blockchain, and Web3 technologies and to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
