Christopher Buono is an experienced technology executive who has managed all aspects of technology governance, from digital product development to the application of business intelligence, from organizational change management to business strategy alignment. He currently operates as CIO for the Glass Door Insights management consulting firm.

Having begun his career with large, enterprise-class organizations, Chris now uses that experience to bring topnotch technology leadership to midmarket companies. More than anything, he loves managing high-performing teams and solving high-value problems.

Chris is an accomplished and accountable business leader delivering expertise to growth-focused and performance-potential organizations. Broad industry experience as a consultative leader uniquely capable of blending operational excellence, strategic planning, and a differentiated customer experience. Christopher Buono has led teams of 50 to 500 people and been responsible for a $50M+ P&L. Consistently recognized for a collaborative leadership style and proactive approach. He excels at driving innovation, solving high-value problems, and identifying and developing high-performing professionals and teams.

Christopher shares a lovely home in Overland Park, KS with his accomplished wife, Tereza Hubkova, M.D. as well as their talented nine-year-old daughter, Nicolette. They are recent transplants to Kansas from the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. His favorite hobbies include saltwater aquaria, cooking and baking, and woodworking.
