Listen to Amy’s Podcast!

Amy Farner is Executive Vice President and Head of Research and Product at The Josh Bersin Company. In this role, she leads the vision and integration of the firm’s research and product portfolio to shape how HR organizations operate in the age of AI. These capabilities are delivered through the company’s agentic HR Assistant, Galileo, a platform that, from a standing start less than three years ago, now accounts for more than one-third of the firm’s revenue.

Focused on translating cutting-edge research on work, skills, and organizational performance into intelligent, scalable solutions that redefine how companies build, develop, and deploy talent, Amy led the development and rollout of Galileo, connecting world-class research directly to product innovation and embedding intelligence into workflows, capability models, and employee experiences. Her work is grounded in a core belief: that AI is not just a technology shift, but a fundamental reinvention of how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how people grow.

Before joining The Josh Bersin Company, Amy was a leader within Deloitte Consulting’s survey research and analytics practice. She also spearheaded the development of a portfolio of innovative HR solutions at CEB’s Corporate Leadership Council, now Gartner for HR.

Amy lives in Phoenix, Arizona, and holds a BA from Wesleyan University’s College of Social Studies.
