Arjun Arora is the founder of Advisor AI, an AI-native student success platform helping educational institutions and workforce organizations transform learner engagement, momentum, and economic mobility through ethical, human-centered systems. His work focuses on building responsible AI infrastructure that strengthens advising, improves institutional decision-making, and ensures technology enhances, rather than replaces, the human relationships at the core of education.
Under his leadership, Advisor AI has engaged students and advisors across hundreds of academic programs through its suite of 20+ AI-enabled services and driven enterprise-wide adoption across some of the largest community colleges and workforce organizations nationwide. The platform’s enterprise user base has grown 100x over the past two years, reflecting strong institutional demand, and the company is expanding internationally to meet growing global demand for modern, ethical, and effective student success solutions.
Arora brings more than a decade of experience leading mission-critical data science and enterprise AI initiatives, delivering over 100 solutions for Fortune 500 and large-scale organizations while educating thousands of technical and business leaders on responsible AI best practices. He holds dual degrees in Marketing and Sports Management from Kutztown University and a Master’s in Business Analytics from Drexel University.
