As the head of DoorDash’s New Verticals Logistics Engineering organization, Ani Mishra is responsible for the 24/7 operational excellence of a large-scale logistics system. This system spans Grocery, Convenience, Retail, and Alcohol. His team’s critical work ensures the seamless and optimal matching of orders, Dashers, and stores. This work directly influences key surfaces in DoorDash’s Consumer and Dasher apps.
Joining DoorDash in its formative years in San Francisco, Ani has been at the forefront of multi-modal delivery innovation. He notably led the development of cutting-edge delivery models for self-driving vehicles and drones. Ani Mishra implemented these groundbreaking technologies to enhance the delivery process. He also deployed food automation solutions involving robotic systems.
Before DoorDash, Ani Mishra was an early team member at high-growth, venture-backed startups in the Chicago Area. This includes his work at PhenixP2P, where he engineered low-latency video broadcast solutions. At Mobify, he developed location marketing products for household brands.
