Natalie Pilling is the CEO of EL Passion, a prominent software development and design agency based in Poland. She is also the Co-Founder of Dare IT, an impactful mentorship program and community designed to help Polish women transition into the tech industry. Her career trajectory exemplifies a non-technical professional thriving in the tech world, drawing from a diverse background in management and business.

Natalie’s academic foundation was laid at two prestigious institutions: Warwick Business School in the UK and HEC Paris in France, where she studied management and business. Early in her career, she worked as a consultant in traditional sectors like German industrial companies, collaborating with industry giants like Simon-Kucher and Siemens Energy. However, it was not long before Natalie realized that her ambitions were better suited to a faster-moving, innovation-driven environment.

This revelation led her to Berlin’s startup scene, where she contributed to the growth of two early-stage startups. It was during this time that Natalie became captivated by the software development world. She was drawn to the fast feedback loops, iterative workflows, and the growth mentality that defines the tech industry. These experiences not only deepened her love for tech but also set her on a new career path.

Natalie joined EL Passion initially as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and quickly ascended to the role of CEO. She now leads a team of about 50 tech experts, focusing on building digital products for tech-driven small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Western Europe and the U.S. Her leadership is characterized by a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation, working alongside fast-moving tech companies to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.
