Siddharth Dhar

Siddharth Dhar (Sid) is the Global Head of IMS at Hexaware. Sid is responsible for managing and growing Hexaware’s infrastructure business including Digital Workplace, Hybrid Cloud, DevOps, Ops Automation and Cyber Security Resiliency Services.

Sid has spent a large part of his early career, 18 years, at HCL and was involved in incubating various business lines like e-Secure and Remote Infrastructure Management. He was a part of HCL’s North America leadership team managing the Mid-West and West Coast business units before joining Hexaware.

Sid holds a bachelor’s degree in Petrochemical Engineering from Pune University and currently serves on the Missouri State University’s Customer Experience Advisory Board. When not working, he enjoys spending time at home with family and playing the occasional round of golf with his foursome.
