26-year-old Marianne Lehikoinen is a self-made entrepreneur. Through her coaching company, Smart Mentoring, she promotes inclusivity and equity in the business world.

Marianne Lehikoinen explores and lives the concept of authenticity in entrepreneurship and how to balance work and life while building a successful global business. She provides her audience with inspiration and a roadmap for creating a thriving business while staying true to yourself and your values.

Marianne’s approach to business really changed when she became a mother at the age of 24. A shift toward setting boundaries and effectively prioritizing her time has led to a more successful and fulfilling experience as an entrepreneur.

Marianne is a woman of color who initially faced adversity in the professional world, coming from a Congolese background in a conservative small town in Finland.
