With a rich experience spanning 30 years across diverse industries and expertise in IT Services, Hiral is at the helm of Mastek, responsible for the global P&L of the organization, which includes defining the strategic direction, executing the growth trajectory, improving returns for shareholders, enhancing employee experience, and customer success.

Furthermore, he played a key role in expanding Mastek’s portfolio with the acquisition of MST solutions, leader in Salesforce Customer 360 ecosystem in Americas, strategic investment in Volteo Edge – an edge intelligence platform for customer & field service leveraging IoT/Data and automation of ServiceNow workflows, partnership with Netail.ai (netail.ai), AI platform for Retail and Digital Commerce and acquisition of Biz Analytica, leader in Data Cloud with Snowflake/Databricks.
As global technology leader with focus on clients and people, Hiral has delivered significant value to Fortune 1000 clients in the US, UK/EU, ME, APAC. He has a proven track record of scaling IT Services and Digital Solutions in Consumer, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector industries. Prior to joining Mastek, he worked at Wipro Limited for 14 years, where he played a key role in transforming the $3 billion Applications business into Digital & Cloud and partnering with top enterprise platform providers including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, and AWS.
Hiral is a trusted advisor to CXO’s, with a passion for impact of innovative technologies in Health, Climate, Products, and startups. Hiral has an engineering background and holds an MS and an MBA from the United States and has supplemented his education by participating in senior leadership programs at prestigious schools such as Wharton, Duke, and Berkeley.
