Esther Deutsch is the Senior Partner Success Manager at Net at Work.
Esther Deutsch is a passionate individual with a diverse background and a relentless drive for positive impact. Armed with a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Esther founded her first nonprofit at 18, sparking a lifelong commitment to community empowerment. She’s worked with at-risk youth, authored two books on mental wellness and networking, and served as an adjunct professor.
She is currently the Senior Partner Success Manager at Net at Work, where she thrives in ensuring a superior customer experience. Esther also advises at MarketIntent.Ai, an AI company, showcasing her strategic expertise. Alongside Luke, she also co-hosts “In This Together Roundtable” and “Sunset Social,” fostering business relationships.
Volunteering is a passion, especially supporting women in technology. Recognized as a DE&I Top 101 Honoree for 2021-2023, Esther has raised substantial funds for charitable causes and sit on the boards of over three local nonprofits, championing impactful initiatives. Her journey is characterized by a passion for making a positive impact, a commitment to learning and growth, entrepreneurship, and a dedication to empowering communities.
