Prior to Baizel, Doug built and worked within multiple technology-driven ventures in the automotive sector, giving him firsthand experience in how software and data can reshape traditionally slow-moving industries. That background informs his approach to commercial real estate—focusing on speed, execution, and practical application over theory. Doug also has years of prior experience working for some of the most recognizable Fortune 500 companies like Oracle, General Motors, and IBM.
