Damon C. Gatison is a senior financial services executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning investment management, investment banking, broker/dealer operations, and enterprise transformation. As SVP & Head of North America at SYNTHESIS, he serves as a partner leading the company’s North American expansion, collaborating with colleagues across the globe to deliver AI-driven solutions to industry clients. Through enterprise transformation, AI engineering, data and analytics, and digital platforms, SYNTHESIS focuses on building systems and capabilities that organizations can sustain, not just solutions they consume.
Throughout his career, Damon has led large-scale digital and AI-enabled transformation initiatives that help organizations modernize operations, accelerate growth, and improve client outcomes across complex business environments. His expertise includes business strategy, corporate and investment financial analysis, M&A and LBO modeling, enterprise valuation, program management, fintech assessment, due diligence, business development, and change leadership. He is recognized for combining deep financial expertise with technology-driven innovation to deliver scalable business solutions and high-impact transformation programs.
Damon holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from Morehouse College and completed executive education studies at New York University.
