Chief Operations Officer (COO) Dallas Counts champions Vendormint™’s mission to revolutionize supplier compliance, operations, and deductions management. With over 15 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, and supply chain management, Dallas brings deep expertise and strategic leadership to the team.
Dallas’s professional journey began with Walmart, where he held numerous leadership roles over nearly a decade. Starting as a Customer Experience Project Manager, Dallas quickly progressed to key positions such as Sr. Merchandise Financial Planner, Sr. Buyer, and Merchandising Director. He later transitioned to Sam’s Club as Sr. Merchandising Director, Beverage, driving significant category growth through data-driven strategies and operational excellence. Before departing Walmart, Dallas served as Senior Director II of Site Merchandising, leading the Entertainment, Toys, and Seasonal Site Merchandising and Operations team. Under his leadership, the team grew from 14 to over 45 associates while navigating Walmart’s platform transition and the challenges of COVID-19.
Before joining Vendormint™, Dallas was VP of Retail Acceleration at Flywheel, leading omnichannel growth strategies, merchandising innovation, and retail partnerships. This role gave him unparalleled insights into Walmart’s ecosystem and supplier networks.
With a proven track record of navigating Walmart’s complex systems and fostering supplier relationships, Dallas plays a pivotal role in Vendormint™’s integration with Walmart and other major retailers. He is committed to developing strategies that empower suppliers, optimize compliance, and recover lost revenue.
At Vendormint™, Dallas oversees strategic retail development, revenue generation, and operational efficiency. His ability to collaborate with product teams ensures that Vendormint™’s offerings align with client needs and industry standards. From building referral pipelines to mentoring local teams, Dallas’s leadership drives Vendormint™’s mission to help businesses maximize net revenue and streamline operations.
