Colin M. B. Cooper is a technologist, educator, and futurist whose journey into computing began long before AI dominated global conversation. Growing up in the UK, he found both escape and possibility in technology—taking apart his father’s Olivetti 486 at 13, teaching himself DOS from the manuals, and rebuilding the entire system from scratch. By 15, he had already co-developed his first website for a national organization, setting the trajectory for a career defined by curiosity, resilience, and forward thinking.
Over the past 26 years, Colin has worked across 38 countries, advising governments, universities, defense forces, and global brands on the intersection of AI, human behavior, immersive technology, and the future of learning. His expertise blends deep technical understanding with neuroscience, communication, and real-world implementation.
He is the co-founder of IXR, an immersive intelligence company building the next generation of AI-powered learning and human performance systems. Colin is also the creator of two transformative models: The BRAVE Framework, designed to help schools cultivate curiosity, emotional intelligence, and resilience; and The FUTURE Framework, a strategic blueprint guiding leaders through the accelerating rise of AI, VR, and exponential technologies.
