Amanda Andrade

Amanda Andrade is the Chief People Officer for Veterans United Home Loans. She is responsible for supporting the growth, innovation, success, health and happiness of Veterans United employees. Her teams are focused on personal and professional development, talent acquisition, organizational performance and the preservation of company culture.

Prior to Veterans United, Amanda served as director of human resources in both the public and private sector for 10 years. She holds a BA in psychology from Ottawa University, MEd from Northern Arizona University, MS in architectural studies and a PhD in environment and behavior, both from the University of Missouri. Amanda and her husband, Dan, enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with their daughter and extended family.
