A. Paul Gill is a business builder and a financier with over 25 years of experience in creating, restructuring, and growing businesses in various sectors, including mining, energy, automation, and technology. Recently, he joined Triple One Metals as CEO and Director to focus on discovering metals for the Green Economy. In 2004, he founded Norsemont Mining Corp and helped guide the company take on new projects in Peru which eventually led to a large copper asset in Peru called the Constancia mine that was sold to HudBay Minerals for $ 512 million in 2011.

Currently I am the Director at Promethieus Technologies, a company that invests in new technologies and is focused on the semiconductor industry. I am also the founder of Lomiko Metals, a junior exploration and development company in the mining sector which recently received grants from both the US Department of Defense and the Canadian Natural Resource Ministry totaling $ 16.7 million. I also was the founder and funder of Lomiko Technologies, a company that develops IoT and graphene-based products, and the former CEO at Pampa Metals, a South American copper explorer. Through these roles, I leverage my skills and knowledge in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, strategy development, business planning, and implementation, and public and private sector consulting. My mission is to identify and pursue future opportunities in emerging and disruptive technologies that can benefit society and the environment.
