Jennifer Kolb currently serves as the Vice President of Partnership and Workforce Development at MedCerts, where she leads the strategic direction for building and expanding employer partnerships, workforce initiatives, apprenticeships, youth programs, and non-traditional talent pathways. She is instrumental in advancing MedCerts’ mission of empowering individuals with the skills and certifications necessary for success in the modern workforce.
Before joining MedCerts, Jennifer held key leadership roles at Tallo and Hawkes Learning. At Tallo, she spearheaded the development of sales and marketing strategies, led new product launches, and facilitated key technology updates. At Hawkes Learning, she directed an entire product relaunch to meet ADA compliance, ensuring equitable access for all users. With over a decade of experience in workforce development, Jennifer has collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, including educators, government officials, business leaders, and post-secondary institutions across the country. Her work has always been driven by the mission to enhance lives through education and career development.
A descendant of educators, Jennifer blends her passion for student success with a business-oriented mindset, creating innovative strategies to ensure all individuals have access to educational and career opportunities. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Psychology with a focus on business management from Clemson University.
