Tiffany is the Human Resources & Compensation Partner and Co-Owner of GO Admin Solutions. GO Admin Solutions engages with small, private practices across the US to add expertise and value in Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Tax Services. Her primary focus is in assisting owners with all facets of HR and Employee Relations – everything from pay and benefits to policy creation and strategic planning.
Tiffany Ochiltree holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and with over 15 years in the field of HR, Tiffany has been designated as a “Certified Professional” by the Society of Human Resources Management. Tiffany has a background working in businesses with as few as five and up to tens of thousands of employees in the construction, manufacturing and medical industries.
Originally from Wyoming, Tiffany feels at home in rural North Western Arizona, where she resides with her husband, son & daughter.

We serve as your Finance and HR Managers for a flat monthly fee, rather than bill by the hour, allowing our clients access to us anytime, without concern over additional charges. Our credibility is evidenced by our degrees & credentials, of course, but more importantly by the time and money that we save our clients. Our ultimate goal is to provide the expertise needed to give business owners their time back. Time to work on the passion that was the impetus for building their business & time to spend outside of work on what really matters.
