Robin Hirsch Everhart is a NeuroCoaching Facilitator at Braintrust.

Robin Hirsch Everhart is a senior corporate executive with over 22 years of experience driving enterprise change and operational excellence within publicly traded companies. Robin’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in leading and implementing large scale strategic and cultural transformations; compliance and ethics programs; global risk assessments; optimization of complex operational processes; company-wide communication campaigns; diversity, equity and inclusion programs; and human capital strategy and HR operations. Robin is a current BOD member and Nominating/Governance Committee member for The Land Trust for Tennessee and a BOD member and Venture Capital Advisor for Executive Strategic Alliance.  

Robin most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief HR and Transformation Officer of Louisiana Pacific, a publicly traded building products company with approx. $3B in revenue and 4,500 employees across North and South America. She was responsible for leading LP’s global human resources and corporate communications strategies and driving organizational effectiveness and transformational change to create a high-performance business culture.  

Robin Hirsch Everhart has led several enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on enabling the company’s business model to succeed by connecting the people strategy directly to the business strategy to drive discretionary effort and alignment. In her communications roles, Robin has been an integral part of ongoing union campaigns, PR/media campaigns, as well as change management initiatives related to brand reputation, sales/innovation, M&A integration, DEI, and behavioral drivers resulting in increased performance and engagement.  

Prior to joining LP, Robin served in a variety of executive leadership and operational roles within Fortune 500 companies including: Cintas Corporation, The Home Depot, and Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. In her compliance roles, she built and oversaw compliance/ethics programs and risk management protocol from the ground up. Robin’s role in operations delivered double-digit growth and profit, and her role in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion increased the company representation to labor economist standards as well as creating an environment of company-wide belonging and inclusion. 

Robin has held various board positions for academic and non-profit organizations and has served as a keynote speaker, panelist, and executive presenter on topics such as leadership, compliance, and diversity and inclusion.  

Throughout her career, Robin has been recognized in many capacities including: Top Executive in Corporate Diversity, one of Ohio’s Top 12 Business Women, a YWCA Career Woman of Achievement, one of Ohio’s Most Powerful and Influential Women, and a Nashville Woman of Influence.

Originally from Connecticut, Robin received her bachelors degree from The University of Georgia and currently resides in Nashville, TN.
