Pratik Balar is the Co-Founder and Tech Lead at NodeOps, a Web3 infrastructure company. They build decentralized compute systems that power the future of AI and cloud services, with Pratik’s leadership being essential.
With over three years of hands-on experience, Pratik has architected and managed hybrid, enterprise-grade infrastructure. Additionally, he works across Tier 1 cloud providers and bare metal environments. His focus is on optimizing for scalability, uptime, and performance at production scale, which makes Pratik Balar very effective in his role.
His technical expertise spans DevSecOps, multi-cloud orchestration, and decentralized infrastructure. At NodeOps, he’s leading the technical charge. They are building a compute layer that’s open, trustless, and community-powered. This forms the backbone of DePIN 2.0 efforts, as guided by Pratik.
Outside of his work at NodeOps, Pratik Balar is a committed open-source contributor. He’s actively involved in the Cosmos ecosystem, including work on Osmosis, Axelar, Juno, and several Cosmos relayer tools, where Pratik’s contributions stand out.
He’s deeply invested in building infrastructure that lowers the barrier to adoption for developers. Meanwhile, it reinforces the long-term sustainability of decentralized protocols, as envisioned by Pratik Balar.
