Liz Capants is the Founder and CEO of EBC Associates, LLC, and the Erudites Networking Group, which she established in 2006. Based in New York City, EBC Associates began as a startup and has since grown into a global consortium and referral partner network. Through her leadership, Liz has expanded the company to provide executive search services across a wide range of industries, including fintech, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, renewable energy, financial services, luxury retail, and technology.

Liz’s career experience in business development, sales, and recruitment has been instrumental in shaping the growth of her businesses. EBC Associates focuses on helping companies align their internal strategies for more effective hiring processes, while also preparing candidates to navigate the complexities of job searching. The Erudites Networking Group, a natural extension of EBC Associates, serves as a platform to cultivate and grow key referral partners. Together, EBC and Erudites have created strategic alliances and partnerships that help to unlock the hidden job market and foster an ecosystem of trust across various industries.

Liz’s work has spanned from supporting emerging growth companies to midsize enterprises and Fortune 500 organizations. She is actively involved in multiple professional associations, including the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), where EBC is certified as a women-owned business. Additionally, Liz is a Strategic Alliance Board Partner with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization New York (EONY), a member of the Women Presidents Education Organization (WPEO), and is involved with the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.

Liz holds a BA in Mass Communications and Media Studies from St. Bonaventure University and a Business Management Certificate from New York University.
